Mark has been a practicing securities attorney since 1973. He has served as legal or financial counsel for over 700 start-up companies and ventures. As a General Partner himself, he has promoted 52 limited partnership programs. He formerly served the Kemper Insurance Company as its National Marketing Director of its Direct Investment Division. Mark is the Author of Financing the New Venture and his recent book,"Super Start-Up" will be released in 2003. Over 17,000 executives have attended his seminars nationwide.
