Cecile Bereal assists public and private organizations to achieve positive resolution of employment issues involving discrimination and sexual harassment. She develops, writes, and statistically analyzes recruitment, hiring, promotion practices and adverse impact as they relate to affirmative action. Due to her knowledge of EEO legislation and Title VII employment issues, employers and legal counsel frequently retain her to conduct neutral 3rd party investigations. Ms. Bereal is an approved EEO/Title VII mediator for such agencies as the EEOC in California, New Mexico, Nevada, and Arizona. She represents organizations before EEOC, DFEH, Labor Board hearings and workplace disputes. Cecile designs and conducts training programs, consults and coaches new, middle, and executive management in successful leadership, effective and legal communication, sexual harassment, workplace diversity, conflict resolution, record keeping and documentation, motivation, time and change management.
