GAIN is offering a complementary consultation to companies with
both California and national headquarters who want to upgrade their California
EAP business. The regulatory environment has changed under the Schwarzenegger
administration. Opportunities are available now that may not have been
realistic a few years ago.
GAIN works closely with experienced legal, financial, quality management
and marketing consultants who can help EAPs compete more effectively
in California and other markets. Our team has assisted two EAPs in obtaining
Knox-Keene licenses in California in 2004.
Jordan Goldrich, a former EAP executive, personally guided his company
to achieve a Knox-Keene license prior to his company's sale to Blue
Cross/Wellpoint Health Networks. Michael Zablocki, an attorney
on the team, has helped more than a dozen organizations become licensed
in California, as has Donald Comstock our financial consulting partner,
and Marika Gordon, our expert in health care marketing and quality management.
Any company wanting to effectively compete for California EAP business
must understand the true options available in the California regulatory
environment. We can help with license applications, marketing
plans, business plans, strategic partnering, product development
and networking.
