You have most likely downloaded the gator software tool that allows users to "remember" field entries in forms. Apparently, the same tool launches an enormous number of pop-up windows on the person's machine.
Removing Gator is difficult, because it leaves registry entries
that have to be removed manually. We have been told that removing
Gator can be done with a tool called ad-aware found at www.lavasoft.de.
It is a free download and will scan your pc for ad software.
We cannot guarantee the effectiveness of lavasoft. We recommend
you get consultation and purchase a firewall that keeps these
from being inserted on your computer.
